Position Overview:
The ServiceNow Consultant at Tech Worker will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow applications. This individual will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate ServiceNow solutions across various departments.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, platform upgrades, and enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and implementation.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
